Like all our products, O'Doc has been developed to meet the specific needs of our users, with features and functionality determined by their requirements. O'Doc is aimed at businesses whose requirements cannot be met solely by MoneyWorks. It contains a cross pollination of ideas from the various diverse business operations that we have developed systems for. No one industry has a monopoly on good ideas, and we welcome input from all our users, and apply them across the board where appropriate.
O'Doc has been developed in FileMaker, a very powerful and robust cross platform relational databse development environment, and as a result we are bale to quickly adapt our product to the ever changing needs of our users. O'Doc is always evolving.
All features and layouts have been implemented to mimic MoneyWorks as closely as we practically can to reduce staff training requirements, and ensure ease of use. Users should be able to move between the two systems with a minimum of effort. Cost of ownership is also kept to a minimum due to the lack of external support and training assistance required.
